Ms. Daisy

Introducting "Ms. Daisy" a Miss Lizzy resin sculpted by Josine Vingerling and painted by DeeAnn Kjelshus. Completed in 2021.

Artist quality acrylic paints and pastels were used to create her beautiful dappled buttermilk buckskin coat and soft velvety muzzle. She is creating using many, many built-up layers. I spray a fixative between each layer, and then a final fixative, and matte finish to the body and hooves, as well as glossing of the eyes. She has all the details I’m known for including, but not limited to detailed markings, hooves, eyes, and mane and tail. She is sealed between each layer with a matte fixative and finished with a final coat of protective finish, along with her eyes being glossed for realism. She was completed in 2021.
