"Rondo!" is an Original of a Spanish Cross Stallion (Intended to be Andalusian/Percheron Cross. "Blending the genes of the Andalusian of Spain & the Percheron of France...re-creating the mighty charger of the medieval knights") Although Rondo could represent any number of breeds if you so wish.

He will be 1 mold run (getting as many from the mold as possible. Sometimes that can mean as many as 60) Limited Edition cast in Resin by Randy of Resins by Randy.

As I was sculpting "Rondo!" I was also planning my wedding which was September 23, 2000. During our Recessional we chose the song "Rondo" to be played. It was such a joyous occasion and the song fit very well. The song also inspired the spirit I feel embodies Rondo- thus he was named "Rondo!" :0)

How to attach Rondo to his Base
  • The easiest way to permanently attach Rondo to his base is to use the Super Glue/Baking Soda method.  Add a couple of drops of super glue to his hoof or base, and set him where you'd like him. Then sprinkle baking soda on top of the super glue around his hoof.  This will dry almost instantly. You can then paint it to match the base color. You can also file this mixture with small jewelry files if you need to.
  • A second way to permanently attach him is using Epoxy/Apoxy around his hoof and attach him to his base this way
  • A third way to attach him so he is removable is to use sticky wax. However, this is not as secure as the above two options.
