Can I Make Alterations?:
Please note: I will allow for alterations on my resins. Please see my VARA Statement below for full details.

VARA & Copyright Statement:

*Sculptures are provided for the customer or finisher to complete as they desire in reference to all finishing work to include modification or alteration of the sculpture itself. I also transfer to the customer the photographic copyright for promotion, sales or photo showing. However, the sculpting artist, DeeAnn Kjelshus, retains all reproduction copyrights of the sculptural aspects, expressly including any/all derivative works, and also the copyrights for display, promotion and publication. (In other words: You can have fun making all the changes you want to your unpainted sculpture and paint with any media, but you may not cast the sculpture or your remake of it, in whole or in part.)

*I retain all copyright and VARA rights for those sculptures I personally complete, with the exception of photographic copyright for promotion, sales or photoshowing, which I transfer to the customer.
