Purchases:
Once a buyer agrees to purchase a model, payment or a deposit must be received within 10 (ten) days , or model will be put back up for sale. Arrangements can be made for monthly payments for most purchases if a reasonable down payment is forwarded. Please see payment plans below and contact me.
DEPOSITS: Please note: Resins have payment plans, guarantees, and terms all their own. Please check the horses specific web page for details and contact me with questions. Please see Time Payment info below for other details on refunds.

**If you are making Time Payments**
Should the buyer forfeit his/her purchase and is making time payments, the full balance less 25% of the total sales price and Postage/Handling
will be returned.
If the buyer/customer fails to make a payment within the agreed upon time payment schedule a fee of $5/month will be added on the the total balance due until the payments are complete.

Payment Methods:
Money orders, or Paypal preferred, personal checks accepted ($20.00 fee for all returned checks). Bank Checks, and Credit Card Checks also accepted. Please DO NOT send cash! I am not responsible for Cash sent.

Refunds & Satisfaction Guaranteed:
If any items arrive broken, or damaged, or are otherwise unsatisfactory, please call or e-mail and let me know with in 10 days. A refund or fixing the item will be provided at my option, or credit towards a future order, when the item(s) are returned. Please note: Horses paid for with time payments forfeit their deposits on returns (see above under 'Purchases' for details) For Resins please check each horses individual page for their policies- each one is different and some have nonrefundable moneys which apply to each order.
Showing the model during this period voids the return policy -NO exceptions!
Foreign Customers:
Bank Draft or International Postal Money Orders made out to US DOLLARS ONLY are accepted. Checks from US-based accounts accepted. NO FOREIGN CURRENCY.
Shipping:
Orders purchased with Money Orders are processed and shipped within 7 days or less. You will be notified of any delays longer than 7 days. Personal Check items will be mailed within 2 weeks after cashing the check or when the check clears the bank.
Larger items are shipped UPS
Orders that are shipped via US Postal Service (usually smaller items): I make 1 trip per week to the Post Office. This trip is *usually* scheduled for Tuesday. Some weeks this will vary depending on my schedule. If you require a different shipping method/timeline please inquire. Or if you want your order shipped that week please be certain the item is paid for by Monday at noon central standard time.
Foreign Customers: Please contact me for additional shipping fees. We carefully pack all horses in well insulated boxes. All items are insured.
Gift Certificates:
Available for purchase in any amount. Gift Certificates make wonderful Gifts! Gift Cirtificates can be made in any amount.
